Sooo behind....

I figure since I have so much to catch up on I will just post a whole bunch of pictures. (That's more fun to look at anyway)

Deer Valley Vis Ski invitational--Kaylin is 3 weeks old .. It was so cold but a lot of fun.

Just some cute pictures of Kaylin
Playing on the floor in her room. I probably took 50 pictures trying to get her to smile.
In her blessing dress after her blessing I went to change her clothes because she was getting cranky and the second I put her down she started smiling, playing with her dress and kicking her legs. Apparently we held her too much that day.

26 years young!

Happy Birthday Babe!

P.S. I have soooo many pictures to post but that will have to wait til later this week. stay tuned

Two months old !!!!

I can't believe my little babe is already 2 months old. It seems like it has gone by so fast. Life is much different now then it was just a few months ago. Going from working two jobs and going to school full time to working very part time and mostly being home. I love being a mom and I am so grateful for this little lady in my life. I got pictures taken of her last week and they turned out so cute! Here's a little of sampling of how they turned out.

There's something wrong here.

If you look closely you can see a foot poking through the pajamas. hmmm.

Best Christmas Present Ever!

Kaylin Noelle Kocherhans was born December 24th 7:02am weighing 7 lbs 3 oz. 19 inches long.

This little lady decided to give her mommy a nice Christmas present by arriving right on time. After my appointment on Tuesday I thought for sure I would be waiting until the 30th when I was scheduled to be induced since I hadn't made any progress for two weeks. The next morning I woke up with contractions at 7am and I had contractions all day long until 11:30 pm when we decided they were finally bad enough that we should go to the hospital. I think when we walked in and I was so calm and laid back that the nurses thought they were just going to check me and send me home. I was dilated to a 4 so I was staying and I got my epidural right away (Heaven!!) At about 3am my water broke and by 4 I was fully dilated but they wanted her to drop a little more so we waited another hour til 5 when I started pushing. She would have been her earlier but we had to wait about half an hour for the doctor to arrive. After the doctor got there she was born within about 15 minutes. She is such a sweet baby with so much hair and if we can get her to figure out her nights and days we will be smooth sailing.

Take a look at this....

As some of you know I am currently finishing up my last semester at the University of Utah. (Don't worry I am still a cougar football fan Andy). My degree is in Exercise and Sport Science with an emphasis in Fitness leadership. For my degree I have been doing an internship at a company called Total Health and Fitness where I do Nutrition and Exercise consulting. I created a blog to help my clients and anyone else, that has fitness and nutrition tips on it. Take a look and let me know what you think. Also, if there is any particular topics you would like to learn about just leave me a comment on my new blog.
